一、服務說明
CareTogether（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）是一款家庭照護管理應用程式，提供用藥管理、回診提醒、家庭協作及能量互動等功能。本應用程式由 CareTogether 開發與營運。
二、使用條件
使用本應用程式即表示您同意以下條款。若您不同意，請停止使用本應用程式。
- 您必須年滿 13 歲方可使用本應用程式。
- 您須提供正確的帳號資訊。
- 您有責任維護帳號安全。
三、使用者行為
使用本應用程式時，您同意：
- 不將本應用程式用於任何非法目的。
- 不上傳違法、侵權或有害的內容。
- 不嘗試未經授權存取其他使用者的資料。
- 不進行任何可能損害應用程式運作的行為。
四、能量與應用程式內購買
- 「能量」是應用程式內的虛擬貨幣，無實際貨幣價值。
- 能量可透過觀看廣告免費獲得，或透過應用程式內購買取得。
- 所有應用程式內購買均為最終交易，適用 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 的退款政策。
- 我們保留調整能量機制與定價的權利。
五、醫療免責聲明
本應用程式不提供醫療建議。用藥管理與回診提醒功能僅為輔助工具，不能取代專業醫療人員的判斷。請務必遵循您的醫師或藥師的指示。因使用本應用程式而產生的醫療決策，我們不承擔任何責任。
六、智慧財產權
本應用程式的所有內容、設計、程式碼均受智慧財產權法保護。未經書面授權，您不得複製、修改、散佈或以其他方式使用本應用程式的任何部分。
七、服務中斷與變更
- 我們可能因維護或升級而暫時中斷服務。
- 我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止服務的權利。
- 對於服務中斷或終止造成的損失，我們不承擔責任。
八、責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，本應用程式按「現況」提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保證。我們不對使用本應用程式所產生的任何直接、間接、偶發或衍生損害負責。
九、帳號終止
如您違反本條款，我們保留暫停或終止您帳號的權利。您也可以隨時透過應用程式登出或聯絡我們刪除帳號。
十、條款變更
我們可能不定期更新本使用條款。重大變更時將透過應用程式或電子郵件通知您。繼續使用本應用程式即表示您同意更新後的條款。

1. Service Description
CareTogether ("the App") is a family care management application providing medication management, appointment reminders, family collaboration, and energy interaction features. The App is developed and operated by CareTogether.
2. Conditions of Use
By using the App, you agree to the following terms. If you disagree, please stop using the App.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
3. User Conduct
When using the App, you agree to:
- Not use the App for any illegal purposes.
- Not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.
- Not engage in any behavior that may damage the App's operation.
4. Energy & In-App Purchases
- "Energy" is a virtual currency within the App with no real monetary value.
- Energy can be earned for free by watching ads or purchased through in-app purchases.
- All in-app purchases are final transactions, subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.
- We reserve the right to adjust the energy system and pricing.
5. Medical Disclaimer
The App does not provide medical advice. Medication management and appointment reminder features are assistive tools only and cannot replace the judgment of medical professionals. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. We are not responsible for medical decisions made based on the use of this App.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of the App are protected by intellectual property laws. Without written authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the App.
7. Service Interruption & Changes
- We may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance or upgrades.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.
- We are not liable for losses caused by service interruption or termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
9. Account Termination
If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. You may also log out or contact us to delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you through the App or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
